The house features:
- 6 guest rooms with high-quality beds for a restful night’s sleep.
- Guests share two spacious, fully equipped bathrooms and two additional toilets.

The Boutique Villa with hotel services
- A manor house newly renovated in 2019
- Three free parking spaces in front of the building entrance and two further spaces in the car park of the neighbouring property (subject to a charge).
- In the immediate vicinity of the Sachseln railway station (100 metres). The Zentralbahn connects Lucerne and Interlaken.
- Postbus stop (Connection to Sarnen, Flüeli-Ranft)
- Public pay-and-display car parks, one Charging station for electric cars, a car from Mobility Car-Sharing and the MS Seestern jetty right outside the house.
- A publicly accessible Sunbathing and swimming area by the lake
- The Village centre with a church, museum, shops, restaurants, banks and a post office in Walking distance.

- Arrival is possible between 4 pm and 7 pm; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or later.
- Check-out is between 7 am and 11 am; please let us know if you wish to check out earlier or later.
- The house/room key can be left at the main entrance using a numerical code.
- Payment in cash or by all major debit and credit cards, or via Twint.
- Please understand that pets are not permitted. Thank you for your understanding.
- Take advantage of discounts with the OBWALDEN GUEST CARD: Guests who book directly will receive the link a few days before arrival and can take advantage of the special offers from the day they arrive. Other guests can ask for it at check-in.
